Design and layout using Gerber Advantage Software on a PC. Created many layouts for customers using CAD drawings and sketches. Our major project company was The Villages in Lady Lake, Florida. Made custom vinyl signs to intricate wood carved signs. Also printed various decals and custom designs to full size posters using the Gerber Edge printer and UV vinyl.

Crew leader and manager of the body shop and paint department. OSHA standard required for all fire truck components. Worked with AutoCAD to help design fire truck instrument consoles. Worked with QuarkExpress and Adobe Photoshop extensively to layout and design technical and operational manuals.

Used AutoCAD to extract CAD drawings in digital format and incorporate the artwork into Photoshop and layout using QuarkExpress. Worked closely with customers and vendors to design an operation manual specific for their vehicle of purchase. Worked with outside vendors to maintain a high standard of quality with paint products. Documented paint usage and measured paint waste per OSHA standards.
